Backups testing

Hi Experts,

We are on 19.17 oracle database.

We have a general question. We are testing our backups using DP tool.

Initially we have restored the L0 backup using until sequence and recovered successfully. Now admin wants to test L1 backup. We have restored the L1 control file and mounted it.

When we restore the database with set until log sequence number which is identified from L1 backup log,

Will the restore again restore the L0 backup OR will it overwrite it? Can you please give us some idea.
