Can the # of Line Rows can re-structure?

Hello, good day

We have multiple Financial reports that we use, and we want to include a new row for a new account, only that the # of the lines from (example) 60 to 70 are being used and we want to input the new line on the 62 position.. it's there a way to create a new # line between existing lines? and that the existing reorder?
