Warning message when trying to create physical standby database

in High Availability Data Guard, Sharding and Global Data Services (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered ✓

I am trying to create a physical standby database using OEM and I am seeing a warning message just after step four ("File Locations"). The warning says "Warning: Examine the specified issues regarding the following files: /u01/app/oracle/product/19.0.0/dbhome_1/QOpatch/qopiprep.bat; Do you want to continue?" (see image). There are no "specified issues" listed, only this message. Can anyone tell me why I am getting this warning and can I safely proceed past it?

The source and target servers are both Oracle database version 19.3 (patched to 19.18).

I am using Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.5.0.0
