How can create a custom WSDL for the PURCHASE_REQUISITION_LOAD?

Is there someone who can explain or point me in the right direction on how to create a custom WSDL for the PURCHASE_REQUISITION_LOAD service operation?

We need the inbound message to pass a System Source of FRM. Currently BPO is defaulted and the sending application (Procore) doesn't have the ability to add the system source in the message.

Oracle suggested I post the question here because they were unable to find knowledge docs and they can't help from a support perspective.
