R12.2.4 login issues right after cross-platform migration

Product: Oracle ebs R12.2.4 + 12C DB on Linux 8, migrated from Solaris 10.

Although all the cross-platform migration steps completed successfully and could able to start all the services without any issues but facing issues to launch the login page.

Verified the OPMN & OHS logs and don't see any specific errors reported. Network engineer also confirmed that all the required firewalls were also in-place.

Any leads would be highly appreciated.
