Encountering Duplicate Vacation Payouts
The employee is not terminated, they just transferred to a new pay group. In this new pay group they do not earn Vac so a balance cant roll and must be paid out to the employee. The main problem is that the old pay group is in hours and on a different pay schedule, the new pay group is in days and paid contractually on a Semi monthly schedule. Since we have multiple pay groups that are processed on the Semi Monthly and each have different contract rules, we had to create different formulas and elements to process transfers from a Bi-weekly
