How to decrypt the password of ords_public_user used in apex_pu.xml

We are migrating from RHEL 7 to RHEL 8 with the same database for our application. Hence we want to use the existing password not to disturb the existing RHEL 7 configuration as well want to configure the ords and apex in the new RHEL 8 server. For configuring the ords, we need to decrypt the existing password. Could you please let us know by using which service we can able to decrypt the old password used in the configuration xml
