EAM ECC filter Work Orders by Resource?

Users are asking if it is possible to filter Work Orders by Resource in the EAM ECC Open Work Orders Dashboard. I see how we can filter by Department, but not by Resource. We have many resources assigned to a single department, so it will be key to be able to filter by resource. We've been looking around at the various options while testing, checked the documentation and also reviewed some of the videos that are available and I haven't seen anything out of the box, so I thought I'd inquire here. Would this require an extension?
