How to produce sheet of labels in BIP so that labels do not skew with data changes

I have set up a layout 3x10 lables on A4 using 3 column format in Word. The labels gradually skew and eventually split across columns and pages.

How do I create a fixed label format so that the labels will always stay in the same position

Currently using a table to build up the different elements of the label and group by to repeat the labels
