Employee Bank Account field is locked and unable to enter data

Setting up system for client 'proof of concept' for payroll and unable to add bank details for an employee. All other fields enabled and employee is active. Can't see an issue in processing options for this field. BSB codes added to UDC so can populate other field

Client is on 9.2 - is there a processing option somewhere else that isn't flagged?
