Hi Experts,


We have procured a tool which will take DB backup to diskpool (tape interface where backup is written to disk rather writing to tape to reduce the backup window)

-- Once the backup completes, created backup pieces are taken to tapes.

We have to make sure archivelogs/backups are not getting deleted by the manual scripts which DBA used to take the backups of database to san disks.

We have the following configuration in place. Can you please suggest if it changes. Please note we have placed the delete command in the scripts used in tool,to make sure archivelog is available in both local disk and in diskpool.
