Exp Types for Cost Elements setup

Hello Experts,

We are implementing Oracle Project Manufacturing .

We have different Project Manufacturing Orgs and have different Expenditures for each of these Orgs. Our accounting is derived based on the Org and Expenditure type. What we understand, Exp Types for Cost Elements set up is done at a application level.

Please suggest how do we over come this challenge?
