Is there any possibility that scheduler can create duplicate IC and IM transactions in cardex ?

in Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello Guys,

we have situation here in cardex (item ledger).

i have observed that when user books IM and IC transactions against discrete manufacturing work order , same transactions recorded in cardex correctly but after few days i noticed that similar IC and IM transactions inserted in cardex again for same WO which are also affecting inventory. when i checked transactions details of those lines in cardex then i found user ID is OWSCHEDSS (scheduler ID) and PGID is P31113 & P31114 respectively that further changed to R31802A after WIP run on scheduler and user ID remains same like OWSCHEDSS (scheduler ID). This is happening only in on BU.
