Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can an employee get both 1099 and W2 ?

we have a new requirement to issue 1099 for some employees who got paid for non-taxable liquidated damages.

The same employees get an W2 for all the taxable wages.

Is it possible to do it? - 1099 should have only non-taxable wages and w2 should have the taxable earnings.

If possible, please explain the steps to achieve it.

Any information is appreciated.
