Hi,

We have 2 Ledgers.

  1. USA - Functional Currency - USD
  2. Mexico - Functional Currency - MXN. Secondary Ledger is in USD
  3. We have established IR ISO process. Shipping Network is setup along with IC Flow.
  4. FOB is Shipment.
  5. Goods going from USA to Mexico. In this process: 1. Create IR in Mexico Inventory Org. This is in MXN 2. This creates ISO in USA Ledger. This is in USD.
  6. We noticed that In-Transit Inventory is in USD and we are expecting this to be in MXN since MXN owns based on FOB.
  7. Is this standard or are we missing any setup?
