While Applying the hold on BPA from BWC page getting error

getting error as: "You cannot complete this task because you accessed this page using browsers navigation buttons" while applying hold on BPA using BWC page in R12 Purchasing.

Navigation:

Purchasing Buyer > Buyer Work Center > Agreements > Select GBPA > Drop Down LOV ->Place on Hold > Enter Reason > Apply > Page goes to Error THOUGH GBPA goes to ‘On Hold’
