Should Shared Services Active Directory "Trust" be accessible?

Concerning Hyperion Essbase Version 11.1.2.4 related to Active Directory "Trusted" access.

Our account has an Active Directory (User Directory) setup with Shared Services and it is working fine. We can see the users/groups for the current location and have added and used them with no issue.

Recently another location was added and a "trust" was setup with the other location within Active Directory. None of their groups nor users are visible thru the original Active Directory (User Directory) setup within Shared Services.

It looks like Shared Services allows multiple individual Active Directory's (User Directorys) to be configured.

Should the "Trust" be working with Shared Services or must we configure another User Directory to this other locations Active Directory?
