Anyone else have slowness with Latest Oracle SQL Developer 23.1.1.339.1213?

I just installed Oracle SQL Developer 23.1.1.339.1213 released 12/6/23 and noticed it appears to be slower than the previous version (Oracle SQL Developer 23.1.0.097.1607). Especially when interacting with the file system.

The previous version (23.1.0.097.1607) listed the following issue as being fixed:

33866040 PERFORMANCE OR FREEZING ISSUE ON WINDOWS WHEN INTERACTING WITH FILE SYSTEM

And I had experienced that issue previously - 23.1.0.097.1607 has been running great for me, but it almost seems like that was re-introduced in the latest version 23.1.1.339.1213? Anyone else experience this, or is it just me?
