Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear Concerns,

We are getting below error while Self Service Enrollment. Any idea about solution?

Remote program SRPCERC failed with return code: 8637. Reason:

[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 13 SQL Server][SQL Server]Transaction (Process ID 171) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process

and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Return the transaction. (SQLSTATE 40001) 1205. In section: SQLRT: EXECUTE-STMT (2,-1)
