Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. @User_KQBD7 needs to create multiple specifications for the same validity, the same item in OPM Quality Manager. For example:

Specification: 1121030001 _ Q195_ Ver1, Validity Rule: Source - Inventory, Org: 021, Change status ==> Approve
Specification: 1121030001 _ Q195_ Ver2, Validity Rule: Source - Inventory, Org: 021, Change status ==> Can't approve this rule, Because this rule is the same rule in 1121030001 _ Q195_ Ver1
