Can you please advise on the step-by-step patch list to enable the ASCP planning in Our instance?

Our business is currently running in R12.1.3 and we are implementing a new Oracle Cloud Currently it is in the implementation stage of Oracle Cloud applications.

So we want to enable our current R12 Version to support running ASCP planning and give the recommendation to Our Oracle Cloud System.

Could you please advise the step-by-step list of Patches or scripts to be run to achieve this?

if you want any more details like understanding our current R12 instance details, please let us know.

Any help in this regard is much appreciated.
