Slow performance when navigating to AP for supplier creation

Hello guys.

I am facing slow performance when I want to create a supplier which happens the moment i select inquiry, also once i select the create supplier in the supplier inquiry window. Which returns the attached message.I sometimes get stuck once i select create supplier page.


and this happened soon after the upgrade to 19C
