How to revert back list applet on the Home Page/Salutation Page

Hello!

We have upgraded our Siebel 16 to Siebel 23.8. After the upgrade the home /salutation page displays circle (attachemnt) instead of the list applet. We are wondering is there any option to change the circle back to list applet.

Screen:

HLS Home Screen (HLS)

View: 

HLS Investigative Home Page View

Business Object: HLS Home

Applets:

Applet[0]: Salutation Applet (WCC Home); Applet[1]: HLS Case List Applet (HLS Home); Applet[2]: Layout Controls Applet;

Business Components:

BusComp[0]: Salutation (eApps); BusComp[1]: HLS Case; BusComp[2]: Salutation (eApps);

Cache Mode:

Not Cached
