Closing Delivery Location in Iprocurement

Hi Experts

I am using Oracle 12.0 (old I know, and we in the process of updating).

We had a site that has now closed and has moved to another site. Within Iprocurement i need disable the old site from appearing within the drop down list of delivery locations. I have successfully created a new location, that appears fine. However i have not been able to disable the current location from appearing. Some users are therefore order items and selecting the old address.

I have gone to UK HMRS Responsibility, Work Structures, Locations

I have put an inactive date on the current location but it still appears in Iprocurement.
