Oracle FY23 1099 taxes MISC/NEC pdf output is showing Rev. January 2022 instead of January 2024?

When running the Oracle jobs (MISC/NEC) in DEV after applying the 12.2x Patch 35942643:R12.AP.C from the Doc ID 209913.1.

It appears that when comparing the pdfs linked in the FY23 patch that in MISC and comparing it to the output after the patch was applied, that the REV. dates and the calendar year box do not match. I have attached screenshots of the PDF template linked in the FY23 patch, the FY22 pdf template (in red), and the FY23 output after patch was applied that shows that it matching FY22's template instead of FY23s.


What does match is the NEC FY23 linked template with the NEC pdf output after the patch was applied. However, both show Rev. January 2022 and the calendar year shows the last two years as being underlined. In comparing this to the header of the FY23 MISC Template it is also mismatched as the
