Request 23-D Solution for Missing Connecticut Rates for Additional Tables A, B, D, & E

23-D has been applied to our testing dbase. It has been discovered that the scripts provided for the state of Connecticut do not have the additional rate tables required for their state withholding calculations. The insert 1/1/2024 was done with updates to the minimum wage, UI and PFML rates and taxable wage bases. The A, B, D, & E tables are now blank.

How will this get fixed to provide the full script needed for this state's updates?
