Fluid Job Data - Write record to custom table within a Drop Zone

Looking for an explanation/example of how fields on a custom table can be populated for a Fluid Job Data transaction. The fields are on a custom table, placed in a custom subpage, and that subpage is configured to the delivered Drop Zone Page HR_JOBDATA_DZ1_FL. 

The fields are available for entry during Fluid Job Data transactions (Pay Rate Change, Data Change, etc.). However, after clicking Submit for the transaction, and subsequently approving the transaction, the assigned field values during the transaction are not saved to the custom table. 

The custom table contains a key structure of EMPLID, EMPL_RCD, EFFDT, and EFFSEQ. There are two additional non-key custom fields for which values are entered in the transaction. We are trying to save the entire record to the table but have not been succcessful.
