Application Opening Failed on WEB (JAS)

Hello,

Currently we are on AR-9.2, TR- 9.2.5.6, DB-As400 db2, Weblogic-12.2.1.4.0,

When users tried to Open the application its shows that its getting opened that is process icon shows on top but its not getting open and the its getting back to main screen.
