iProcurement search does not show quotes created through Buyer work center

Software name: Oracle EBS

Version: 12.2.9

Description of the issue: iProcurement is not showing quotes created from Buyer Work Center by following PR, RFQ, Quotes. Quotes created in this route going to "apps.PON_BID_HEADERS" table. Quotes created directly using old Java form visible in iProcurement and these quotes are visible in "apps.po_headers_all" table. Why do we have 2 different tables for quotes created in different ways. We want to see quotes to be searchable in iProcurement created through BWC for specific NIN. This is currently not working for quotes created from BWC.
