Oracle Spatial - Mapping of latitude, longitude and Ocean

in Spatial (MOSC) Question

I need to report on ocean or body of waters using Longitude and latitude as parameter. Is there any oracle resource available that defines long/lat and oceans/body of waters that I can download? Is there any oracle resource available that defines the "borders" of the oceans as a set of lat/long points that I can download?
