I'm having calls to TEAMS getting disconnected after Teams transfers to the PSTN.
We have the 3820 SBC appliance with version SCZ910p5.
Carrier trunking from AT&T.
Direct routing to MS Teams.
This situation involves a call that comes from the Carrier through the SBC to a Teams auto-attendant. Teams transfers the call back through the SBC to a PSTN number, and the call is answered by that person.
After approximately 10 seconds that outbound call is dropped by AT&T. The inbound call remains connected until I manually drop the call.
