Error when attempting to connect to RPASCE 23.2.401.0 VM database using SQL Developer

Hello,

We have installed RPASCE 23.2.401.0 AP Virtual Machine and trying it out. Everything is working OK so far, except we are having trouble connecting to the SQL Developer, as per the guide. Everything seems to be correct (ip, port, username/ password, service name), but the error message we are getting on trying to connect is the following:

Status : Failure -Test failed: IO Error: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host, Authentication lapse 0 ms.

Any help would be appreciated. It could be a simple SQL troubleshooting issue, as I don't have much experience with it.
