Having an issue with Full Builds since Microsoft Patch KB5029365 VS2013

JDE 9.2 Tools 9.2.2.2 VS2013 Patch was applied to Deployment/Build server late October 2023. Went to do PS Full Build. jdertdll.c(1): error c2471 cannot update program data base Vc120.pdb and vc120.idb. Backed the patch out, no change. deinstalled VS2013 and all related, and then reinstalled. No change. Like a bit was set from the patch that will not reset. upgrading to tools 9.2.5.6 which will use Vs2017, but need to complete all full builds under vs2013 and deploy them before upgrading. Microsoft appears to have done this to multiple VS20nn versions, both in the past and currently, MS
