Teams ATT ringback

Hi guys


I'm struggling with Teams auto - attendant to generate RBT and till now no joy.

The problem is that the Teams ATT do not send any BYE or reInvite to put on hold the call (as this is kind of controlled transfer in their vision) and the SBC do not play the RTB received from the new call and the customer think that the call was dropped. If the external answer we have 2 way comm.


I see 2 possibility:

  • connect the new dialog generated by REFER and hope we'll receive RBT from there
  • generate locally the RBT

I tried to use the transcoding based ringback but something is missing as no RBT generated.
