Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can Anyone help me with the R12 sql query to get the final approver in a PR and when the request reached to the approver. Column should be

PR Number | Date when its reached | Approved Date| Approved BY (latest approver)
