What is cause of this kind of situation and how to diagnose and etc

Standalone engine with three node KVM host cluster , iSCSI , iscsi data storage doman iSCSI bond. After the the software upgrde the hosts are NonOperational. After the some period the NonOperational KVM host reboots and tries to Activating Host and it fails and the host is again in NonOperationa. 


Nonperational reason (query to engine database)


/usr/share/ovirt-engine/dbscripts/engine-psql.sh -c "select vds_static.vds_name,vds_dynamic.non_operational_reason from vds_static,vds_dynamic where vds_static.vds_id=vds_dynamic.vds_id and vds_dynamic.status=10;"
