Is it possible to highlight fields in a row in the grid portion of a form using Logic Extension

I have gone through the OBE for highlighting and hiding fields on a form using a logic extension and form controls. I'd like to highlight fields in the rows returned on a grid, for example on the P4310 when the item number is a particular stocking type. Is there a way to do this using Logic extensions?
