Is there a way to enter a Requisition for a different Approval Route?

JDE E1 9.2 with Tools 9.2.2.2

My purchasing team sometimes has to help end users complete requisitions for a variety of reasons. The Approval Route is set for who enters the Requisition. Is there a way to have Person1 enter the Requisition for Approval Route Person2?
