P4116 with two different Primary UOM

Hi,

When trying to do a reclass between two items that have different primary UOM's we are getting an error that the UOM Conversion is unsuccessful. One item has a UOM of TR (Tower) and the other is TS (Tons). In both cases we have conversions to LBS so we were trying to convert X LBS for each item but received the same error.

Are we not able to reclass items with differing primary UOMs? If not how do people get around that?

We are on tools and apps 9.2
