Incorrect Leave/Comp Time data shown in MSS/ESS

The leave accrual view in MSS/ESS Leave/Comp time can display incorrect information for a specific accrual period if there were deletions and time changes. The balance still calculates correctly, it just shows an incorrect amount for a given pay period. In this example, for the 6/3 accrual date shown, it displays 24.5 hours of vacation taken, which is an incorrect amount. TL_COMPLEAV_TBL, reported time, payable time, and Base Benefits leave accrual all match and are accurate, and even the end balance shown on this page is correct. The EE had vacation time added and deleted, and changed from comp time
