Only active employees are being picked up during retro processing

After upgrading to the latest PUM level (PUM47), we have found that only active employees are being correctly calculated as part of retro processing. For example, if you enter an Earning via Positive Input into a retro period so an employee with a status of L (Leave of Absence), the period will not be calculated and retro processed. However, you can enter the Positive Input into the current period and it will calculate as normal.

The biggest issue with this bug is for Leave of Absence employees who have previously had Positive Input processed in a prior period when it was current. When a retro event occurs, the system is recalculating the prior period and ignoring the Positive Input and therefore reversing the previous payments in error.
