Is there any options to get the automatic email report for Oracle service requests ?

Dear Forum,

Good day! I'm looking for - Is there any options to get the automatic email report for Oracle service requests status for multiple support identifiers (CSIs) - consolidated status report - e.g., every 8 hours.

  1. Any options in Support Portal?
  2. Any options in OEM tool to connect and get this report automated ?
