Insufficient access to perform lock on this database

in Hyperion Planning (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered ✓

Oracle Hyperion Planning

Version: 11.1.2.4.825.05

I have an on prem planning application and the user submits data through data forms and smartview adhoc. In the last few weeks, the data submission in SmartView adhoc stops working and throws and error "You don't have sufficient access to perform lock on this database".

The user is currently assigned to a group in shared services which has the planner and adhoc user role provision. The user also has write access to the dimensions which we have set up the security. The weird thing is that even if they have write access to the dimensions, planner and adhoc user role, they are unable to submit data in smart view adhoc.

Howdy, Stranger!
