Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We have recently started receiving this error code when building dimensions via both nightly batch jobs (MAXL scripts) and the web interface.

A search of the knowledge base has turned up nothing.

Update: We receive the same error when trying to edit the outline manually.
