Oracle forms buttons do not work

One user of the application running Oracle Forms and Reports 12.2.1.3 is not able to access any buttons or menus. When the user logs in to another workstation the user is able to access all the widgets. So something on the client side is preventing the user from accessing the widgets.


Tried removing Java Cache, Edge cache and rebooting the system. But nothing appears to be working.


Any help is great appreciated.
