Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. R42750 is creating new sales tax line whenever I save the order from Sales Order application

Every time I save a new sales order from customized sales order screen, it is calling R42750 and R42995 and creating a new tax line.

However I want only one tax line per order. but it creating a new sales tax line every time I save the order.

appreciate any insights or guidance on how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
