OPM SQL Queries to identify issues

Dear All,

We are using EBS 12.2.12. DB: 19.21

We faced issues related to transfer journals from OPM to GL, for instance, after transfer to GL, GL super user inquire accounts to double check that everything is fine, he noticed that value of account is not as expected, we opened SR, they found that not all transactions were transferred to GL. When we tried to re-create issue on clone instance, issue didn't raise again at all, so no root cause was identified. As solutions, they sent us script to fix issue.

Another instance and with no root cause either, when transferring from Subledger, transactions transferred twice for some transactions, although subledger is 100% accurate.
