What are these HFM tables in the database?

Hello,

We are on Hyperion 11.2.13. We have auditors looking in the database and they ran this query. The results of this query are in the spreadsheet that I have attached. The auditors want to know why these tables were created or modified. Our HFM applications are Consol1 and PTICON. Can you tell me something about the tables in the attached file, such as what they are for and what triggered their creation?
