fully reserved asset not showing on custom asset inventory report

hi all,

Created a custom Asset Inventory Report based on period. However fully reserved assets are not appearing for the next period. For example 

 if 2 assets get depreciated in December, 4 more gets fully depreciated in Jan, I will not be able to see 6 assets on the report if i run as of February?

I can provide query using if needed. I need to confirm if this is correct that the fully active reserve assets should not show for next period.
