Flat rate Depreciation Method Based on the remaining life of the assets

The below is our actual requirement.Please help to suggest.

The formula of WDV method which system must calculate:

Depreciation Calculation formula for WDV cost: (1-(5/100) ^ (1/n)) *100 where n is remaining life of asset in year

e.g.

1. 31.04.2023=> (1-(5/100) ^ (1/24)) *100= 11.73461562  First Year

2. 31.04.2024=> (1-(5/100) ^ (1/23)) *100= 12.21233889  Second Year

3. 31.04.2025=> (1-(5/100) ^ (1/22)) *100= 12.21233889  Third Year

Based on the remaining life of the assets, depreciation rate is changing for WDV cost on yearly basis.

How do we achieve this in oracle EBS R12 system ?
